Our Escondido Charter White Tiger Athletic program is more than wins and losses. It is an opportunity for our students to develop their character by integrating the following actions into their lives:

• Maintain a high standard of honesty, integrity, and accountability in my commitment to my family, my school, my coaches, and my teammates.

• Demonstrate a consistent standard of academic and athletic excellence in my commitments, my work ethic, and my responsibilities.

• Model a high level of moral behavior in my actions for my life, for my school, in the classroom, and at any athletic activity.

• Preserve, promote, and protect the rights of my administrators, my teachers, my coaches, my teammates, and my fellow students.
