On 4/10 Tri-City Christian defeated Escondido Charter High in a league match 212 to 248 at San Luis Rey Downs CC (par 36). The medalist was Escondido Charter player Blair McKeithen at 34. This
was Blair's best performance in a league match this season.
According to Tri-City's coach Jack Demarre, this is the lowest his team has scored at their home course all season. Cited for special performance by coach Demarre was Jesse Antal who shot a career best 41.

In a non-league match on 4/3/08, Escondido Charter High squeaked by Horizon H.S. 255 to 256 at Eagle Crest GC (par 36). The medalist was ECHS player Blair McKeithen at 39. Gabe Writer of ECHS was second lowest at 42. Overall it was neither school's best performance. The two low Horizon players, George Kramb and Patrick Frank tied at 45, but everyone else on both teams scored in the 50's or 60's.

In a non-league match on 4/1/08 Scripps Ranch H.S. defeated Escondido Charter High 219 to 240 at Eagle Crest GC (par 36). ECHS player Blair McKeithen was the medalist at 33 and Gabe Writer scored 39 for ECHS, but all five low scorers for Scripps shot in the low to mid 40”s and carried the match. Low scorers for Scripps Ranch were brothers Kameron and Kyle Kubis at 41 and 42 respectively. ECSH is now 3 & 5 on the season and Scripps is 7 & 6.

On 3/31/08 San Deguito Academy defeated Escondido Charter High in a league match 210 to 268 at Eagle Crest Golf Club (par 36) The medalist was Escondido Charter player Sam Johnston at 39. San Deguito had no players under 40 but their five scorers all shot between 40 and 45. The course was especially challenging due to annual greens aeration and sanding performed last week.

On 3/20, Escondido Charter High and Calvin Christian recorded the exact same total score (227) for the top five finishers in a league match at Twin Oaks GC (par 36). The medalist was Blair Mckeithen at 33. At the conclusion of the match neither school was sure how to resolve the tie or whether it should just be recorded as a tie. It was suggested that the scores of the sixth players should be counted to break the tie. In that case Calvin Christian would be the winner. The league coordinator will make the final decision.

On 3/25, in a non-league match, Escondido Charter High defeated Guajome Park Academy at Eagle Crest golf course (Par 36) 222 to 285. The Medalist was Blair McKeithen at 37. This is the lowest score the ECHS team has ever recorded. Congratulations to the #4 and #5 players, Bryce Scharf and Anthony Garcia who both shot their career best and combined shaved 15 stokes off the teams overall score.
