Reservation Procedure for Community Organizations:

Please check the schedule below for available dates, then download and fill out the
“Application and Permit for the Use of School Facilities” form to request your date and
begin the reservation process. CLICK HERE for form.

After completing the form, please hand deliver it to ECHS’ front office or mail it to:

“American Spirit Theater” Reservations
Attention: Terri Johnson
1868 East Valley Parkway
Escondido, CA 92027

(A “Non Refundable” $100 reservation fee (per event) is required to reserve your date in the theater.
Upon receiving your request with your deposit and certificate of insurance, the American Spirit Theater's calendar (shown below) will reflect your reserved date/s.

To reserve the American Spirit Theater for a specific date, event, or class period for
teaching/event, please check the schedule below for availability. If the date is “open,”
CLICK HERE to e-mail Terri Johnson with your reservation request.
Please make your reservation request a minimum of 2 days in advance of the date you are requesting.

Please include the following information in your reservation request:

1.) Date/s Requested
2.) Time/s Requested (Please specify start time and end time.)
3.) Class/Subject/Purpose
4.) Teacher’s Name/Contact Person

Note: Your request will be considered incomplete and will NOT be honored until you provide the above information.
