Modified Day:
Friday, November 17 is a modified day. Please refer to the attached schedule. TCP teachers are requested to inform Blended students of the change in schedule.

Saxon Day (TCP):
Saxon Day is almost here! ECHS's 8th annual celebration of Saxon Math will be held on Tuesday, November 21, so start preparing your math- or Saxon-related songs, skits, or other performances! Acts should be no more than 5 minutes in length, and you can sign them up with Mr. Endermann in F100 starting today. Acts will be screened after school on Friday, November 17. If you have any questions, ask Mr. Endermann or your math teacher. Go Saxon!

It’s Prom Time!
Seniors and juniors, come join the Prom Committee in Mrs. Soule’s room (C102) at lunch today as we make the final selection for the location of prom.

Charity Event:
St. Paul Lutheran Church is sponsoring a charity event on Saturday, November 18 to raise money for the Lawson family. The church will hold a rummage sale from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., a car wash from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and a bake sale during both events. All parents, students, and community members are invited to attend.

NHS:
The next all-member meeting has been postponed to November 28 (Tuesday) during lunch in F-203. Don’t forget to bring your chocolate money to Ms. Rittenhouse by tomorrow (Friday the 17th).

Chess Club:
What are you doing Monday afternoon from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.? How about matching your wits against some of Charter’s finest chess minds? Chess club meets every Monday in F-203.

CSF:
Our next all-member meeting will be the first Tuesday in December. Have you done your community service for the semester?

FCA (Fellowship of Christian Academians):
The FCA meets every Wednesday at lunchtime in Room C-201 (Mr. Brose’s classroom). Come and share with us!

Cross Country:
The ECHS cross country team will compete in the CIF finals at Balboa Park-Morley Field on Saturday, November 18, at 9:00 a.m. All team members are requested to meet at the McDonald’s at Via Rancho Parkway at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday. Awards night will be held on Tuesday, November 28, at 6:00 p.m. in the student union. Go White Tiger runners!

Football:
Last Friday, November 10, our ECHS White Tigers tied the La Jolla Country Day School JV Torries, 28-28! The team ended the season with an overall record of 7-2-1. Great work, White Tigers! The ECHS White Tiger Football team will celebrate their inaugural football season with an awards night potluck tonight, Thursday, November 16, at 6:00 p.m. in the student union. All players must bring a main food dish, and players with the following letters of the alphabet need to bring the following items: A-H- Drinks, I-P- Salad of some type, Q-Z- Dessert.

Boy’s Basketball:
The basketball team will practice today, Thursday, November 16, at the Escondido Recreation Center at 6:00 p.m. Practice will also be held on Saturday, November 18, at 1:00 p.m. at Viasat. Contact Coach Tanksley (Cell phone number 760-445-2704) for more information. Go White Tiger Basketball!

Girls’ Basketball:
The basketball team will practice today, Thursday, November 16, at the Valley High School gymnasium from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Go White Tiger Basketball!

Boys’ Soccer:
The soccer team will practice today, Thursday, November 16, and Friday, November 17, on the ECHS soccer field from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Go White Tiger Soccer!

Girls’ Soccer:
The soccer team will practice today, Thursday, November 16, and Friday, November 17, on the ECHS soccer field from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Go White Tiger Soccer!

Wrestling:
The wrestling team will practice today, Thursday, November 16, and Friday, November 17, from 3:10 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Meet on the soccer field for stretching and running at 3:10 p.m. Parents may pick students up at the wrestling room located at across the street from the high school (1865 E. Valley Parkway) at 5:30 p.m. Go White Tiger Wrestling!
