Week 19

Semester Finals (TCP):
First semester finals will be given on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, December 19, 20, and 21. Friday (12/22) is a teacher workday and a non-student day. The schedule for semester finals is attached. Good luck!

Christmas Dinner:
The PAB hopes you got your ticket for the big event! This year's Christmas Dinner/Dance at the Escondido Country Club is sure to be tons of fun! A few things to remember are: bring a Charter appropriate wrapped gender-neutral gift, with a minimum value of $10; dress code is semi formal, Charter appropriate, but no jeans, denim or t-shirts; all students must be picked-up at 10:00 p.m., since this is a school event, students are not allowed to drive other students; and finally come prepared to eat lots of great food, dance, & have a great time! See you there at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday December 21.

Community Service:
All community service hours for the semester must be reported by Monday, December 18. Remember four (4) hours of community service are expected each semester. Your work in this area is important and is used when considering scholarship and other recommendations. Community service report forms are available in the Main Office. Note: Students are encouraged to participate in community service during Christmas Vacation. Community service completed during break and submitted upon return in January will be recorded as second semester hours.
ASB Elections: Congratulations to the following students who were elected to ASB office:
President: Bridget O’Riordan
Vice President: Steven Currie
Treasurer: Angela Pagliaroli
Secretary: Jacinto Dominguez

Fundraiser:
Eat at Cold Stone and help the dance team! If you eat at Cold Stone on December 20, a percentage of the sale will be donated to the dance team. In order for Cold Stone to make a donation on your behalf, you must present a flyer. Make sure you pick up a flier in the main office or from a dance team member.

Watch the ECHS and Heritage dancers on TV! The ECHS dancers will be a part of the Disneyland parade that airs Christmas morning on ABC.

Last Call!
All students are requested to take home food containers, lunch bags, etc. Please do not leave any food, drink, or other perishable items in your locker.
